If you prefer personalized support, I invite you to book a one-on-one session below. In these sessions, we’ll dive into your unique journey, creating a space of safety, deep understanding, and healing. I also offer a 15-minute free call to ensure we’re a good match and to briefly hear your story. This way, we can ensure you feel comfortable and aligned before diving deeper into the work together.

 

Monthly Coaching Package


This package is designed for those who need consistent support to create lasting change. A single weekly call can sometimes feel limiting, so this container gives you regular guidance and access when you need it most — without having to wait for the next session.

What’s included:

5 x 1-hour online sessions (scheduled in advance).

WhatsApp coaching between sessions — whenever you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of immediate support, you can reach out via message or voice note. You’ll receive a thoughtful reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00).

This way, you’re supported in real time, moving through challenges more quickly and efficiently.

For those seeking more independent work or looking to integrate healing at their own pace, I’ve created the Healing Library. This is one of the most crucial aspects of healing: understanding what’s happening so you can allow healing to occur. Even the most bizarre symptoms and experiences come from one root cause—an over-sensitized nervous system. Your mind may also be looping the same stories, replaying memories, because it remembers. Stored shock needs to be mobilized This section helps you bring you grounded awareness, and offers tools for trauma resolution

The Physical Body


You can do all of the inner and nervous system work, but your body also needs the right environment to heal. For me, this was a core part of recovery. This section focuses on building a supportive terrain within the body and replenishing your inner light.
